Our pricing is based on an average of a dog's breed and/or coat condition. Owners must be aware that some dogs may require extra work depending on the condition of the coat and/or dogs' behavior.

It is the owner's responsibility to help us ensure the health and safety of their dog and to disclose all pre-existing conditions, illness, allergies, injuries, coat condition (i.e. matting) and aggression.

It is the owner's responsibility to ensure their dog is vaccinated and wormed. Puppies must be fully vaccinated 10 days prior to their grooming appointment. Pampered Paws Mobile Dog Grooming will not be liable for any vet cost relating to illness or disease.

Dogs that display aggression to the groomer, muzzles may be used and/or grooming discontinued at the expense of the owner. Dogs that appear overly stressed, the service will be discontinued to ensure the emotional and physical health of your dog.

If your dog presents with fleas upon their appointment your dog will receive a flea shampoo, and this will be charged to the owner as well as an extra cost of $20.00 to have the salon thoroughly cleaned and flea treated.

Photographs are taken before, during and after each groom. We may use your dog's photos on our social media sites, and for advertising purposes. If you do not want your dog's photos on social media or advertising, please advise us prior to the groom.
